Biography: Debbie Folaron
Dr Debbie Folaron is Assistant Professor in the Département d'Etudes Françaises et de Traduction, Concordia University, Montreal, Canada. She worked as a freelance translator and localiser in the US and Spain for many years, before accepting a permanent post in academia. She is a member of several professional organisations, including the Localisation Teaching, Training and Research Network.
