Biography
Boyi Huang is currently a PhD researcher of Translation Studies at the School of Applied Language and Intercultural Studies in Dublin City University. His current research centres on the role of translation in online LGBT+ subtitling communities. He is particularly interested in identity, motivation, and community translation and interpreting.
